What We Do

     While we are experienced in many areas of the law and we practice in both State and Federal Courts, we do have areas of practice where we are exceptionally well known.  Those areas are:

• Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claims.  This is the primary practice area of Mike Dudley.  He has successfully represented hundreds of individuals in their Disability or SSI claims. Our office has extensive medical resources allowing Mike to be effective representing disabled clients with even very uncommon ailments. Mike accepts cases throughout Michigan and in other States as well.   
• Bankruptcy.  This is the primary practice are of Mike Panek.  He has successfully represented both both businesses and individuals in various types of bankruptcy actions before the Bankruptcy Court.
• Serious Personal Injury and Death Claims.  Mike Dudley has, for over 33 years represented seriously injured individuals in claims for slip or trip and fall injuries and for automobile negligence claims with excellent results, including resolutions of million dollar claims.  He has also frequently represented estates in wrongful death actions.  
• Business Law and Tax Law; Wills and Estates.  Mike Panek represents a number of small businesses on various legal issues as well as incorprating and dissolving businesses.  He also prepares wills and trusts and represents individuals in estate matters.
